All my appointments are online, which offers a safe, consistent, accessible space to explore your thoughts and feelings, with the added comfort of being in surroundings that feel familiar to you.

Hi, I’m Jamie. I’m a trained psychodynamic counsellor (Distinction, University of Greenwich), and I work in line with the BACP’s ethical guidelines. I help people explore their feelings, navigate life’s challenges, and find ways to feel more understood and supported.


I work with people facing all kinds of challenges — relationship struggles, anxiety, low self-esteem, parenting and stress. Life can be challenging at times, and having someone who genuinely listens can make a real difference.


Therapy with me is all about working together. We will set goals that matter to you, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and work toward changes that actually make life feel better. I’m not here to judge or offer quick fixes, but I will give you the space to be heard and help you make positive changes that stick.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.30am–4pm online (last session starts at 3pm)
