Getting started

The first step is simply a quick, 20-minute chat over the phone or online. It's a chance for you to tell me a bit about what's bringing you to therapy and for us to see if I'm the right person to help.

The four-week "test drive"

To make sure we’re a good match, I suggest an initial four-week period. It’s a straightforward way to try a few sessions, ask any questions you may have and see how the process feels for you.

After four weeks, we can talk through what feels helpful for you and how we might continue our work together. This reflects my commitment to making sure you feel comfortable and that our work together is in your best interests.


Weekly therapy

Open-ended psychodynamic counselling provides an extended period to explore and better understand how we operate in the world - our patterns of behaviour and the unconscious drivers that influence our life choices.

By gaining a deeper insight into what is troubling us, we can begin to make changes to our lives. I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy. The duration of your therapy is something we can discuss in initial sessions.

4 x 50-minute sessions at £80 per session

Ongoing weekly sessions: £80
