You’re welcome to call me on 07811 944202 or email info@therapyatlast.co.uk with a message. From there, we can arrange a 20‑minute chat to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and see if we feel like a good fit. If it seems that therapy could support you, we can then book a 50‑minute online Consultation, giving us space to explore things together and consider the best next steps.

Initial Chat
Therapy starts with finding the right therapist. During our Initial Consultation together, we'll take a closer look at what's been challenging you and discuss your goals from therapy.
If we click, we can arrange ongoing sessions, which are held on the same day at the same time each week.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy provides you with a safe and calm place to recognise, reflect and explore your feelings. I believe that the process of reflecting on how past experiences might have an impact on your current life can be immensely rewarding and can help you move to a greater sense of wellbeing. The length of therapy depends on your particular needs and concerns.
